From Pee Wee football fields in Springfield, Ohio, to bodybuilding stages and Division I locker rooms — fitness has shaped my life for over 25 years. As a former amateur powerlifter and bodybuilder, I’ve lived the discipline it takes to build strength from the inside out. Today, I help others do the same — whether you’re a parent trying to stay active, a young athlete chasing a dream, or someone ready to make your health a priority.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer (AFAA), TRX Coach, CPR/AED certified, and specialize in proper weightlifting techniques. But beyond the certifications, I bring a passion for core-focused movement that’s helped hundreds of individuals — from beginners to elite athletes — move better, feel stronger, and perform at their highest level.

Why Work With Me
With over 30 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, I’ve coached athletes from middle school to college levels and inspired parents to build stronger bodies. At age 11, I began my journey on the football field — and at 61, I’m still living proof of what consistency and core mastery can achieve. As the author of Link Core Muscles and founder of Q’s ENCORE METHOD, I don’t just teach theory — I embody a lifetime of strength, resilience, and results.

From a Late Start to a Lifetime of Strength
I didn’t grow up with a trophy shelf. I was nearly 11 when I joined my very first team — a late start by most standards. Slipping on that football jersey in Springfield, Ohio, proudly wearing #13, I quickly realized I wasn’t as skilled as the other kids who had been playing for years. Instead of giving up, I trained harder. In my bedroom. Quietly. Persistently. I wasn’t born the fastest or strongest, but I became it — through sweat, setbacks, and unshakable belief. Years later, as a trainer and coach, I noticed something important: traditional core exercises weren’t delivering real results. Athletes weren’t moving better or performing stronger. That pushed me to create my own approach — isolating and fully engaging the true core muscles in specific, intentional ways. Within weeks, the difference was clear.
That discovery became Q’s ENCORE METHOD™ — a 7-Level system designed to awaken hidden strength, sharpen body awareness, and link every muscle for peak performance. These exercises aren’t always easy — but they’re masterable. The goal isn’t to rush, it’s to master each level before moving on. That’s how you enter the Q ZONE — where your body feels shockwaves of power at its center, and every movement becomes confident, controlled, and alive. Now, at 61, I know one truth: training your core the right way transforms everything — how you move, how you play, and how you live.
